The largest of the WSKL's tournaments took place on May 9th and 10th at the Kalahari in the Wisconsin Dells and Conquer students showed up in full force bringing home the most gold AND the most silver medals of all schools in attendance.

The competition kicked off on Friday with Team Demo, Team Sync, and weapons divisions. Team Conquer took first place in the demo division while The Conquer Crew, our junior team, made their competition debut in the same even. After all of the weapons divisions wrapped up, we went out for a group dinner at MooseJaw Pizzeria as has become customary for us. Unfortunately, I (Mr. Husain) arrived late due to judging and I didn't get a photo of everyone with their moose antlers.
Saturday morning was the forms and sparring divisions. Once the divisions were finished, there was a quick break for dinner and waterpark fun before the nightshow began. In order to compete on stage in the nightshow, competitors had to win their division and then a runoff against other division winners. The winners of these runoffs got the opportunity to compete for grand champion. Team Conquer had the privilege of performing their demo on the stage (they didn't have to compete against anyone as they had already won) and Conquer Black Belt, Mr. Hunter Harper, got to take a shot at the 13 and Under Black Belt Forms Grand Championship. Mr. Husain also had the honor of being the center judge during the evenings forms and weapons grands divisions.
Up next is the Elite Martial Arts Classic!
